Handle a bit short
Update: the manufacturer responded and sent an additional handle piece! It is the perfect length now, thank you!One complaint upon first use is that the handle is too short! JoyMoop should offer an additional handle attachment t for the “taller moppers”! They don’t offer a customer service number or email to reach out to the manufacturer directly.

Water Mixes
The first time I used this for my wood floors I loved it then I realized that the water mixes. When I put it in the dry slot the dirty water mixes in with the clean.

You know you’re growing up when you want to rave about a mop to all your friends. But it’s the truth. This is absolutely the BEST mop I’ve ever had. I just fill the bucket with warm water & a slash of pine-sol. Cleans floors and walls great I was honestly amazed.

I bought this mop for cleaning walls only. I have 3 kids under 6 and it has been very useful and works amazing! So efficient to use, I will be using it often for quick wipe downs. I Really like they give you two refills mop heads. Great product.

Good personal mop to own
You know you’re an adult when you get excited to buy a serious mop. It’s an important investment for the rest of your life if you get one with replaceable heads like this one!It’s not the ultimate best, but if you just need a personal house mop that doesn’t have too many parts to keep track of, this is a good mop to have for yourself.I have found only good things about this mop, BUT I can see how it would not be easy for impatient people.I found it: A) Lightweight (Any mop bucket could be improved with a set of wheels, but this one has none, it must be lifted). B) Compact! Doesn’t take up space! C) When taken apart for storage it all fits in its bucket. It also fits nicely in a corner against the wall when cleaning so you don’t feel claustrophobic when using it. D) Super easy to change mop heads, and take apart in general. E) Has a plug you open to drain it instead of having to tip it. F) The mop itself doesn’t take much manpower to use, the mop heads do most of the work. which is what you want! You don’t want to use pressure (the pole feels like it is cheap so it’s good motivation to NOT apply too much pressure) The regular use mop head even cleans popcorn ceilings, everything else I’ve used for them causes them to shed popcorn knob pieces.Cons: A) If you don’t put it out of the way, you could knock it over. It’s not a wide base, it’s tall. B) It takes precision, and grace to use this mop effectively. You can’t just stab it in and yank it out, slinging it all around. You must use it correctly, or it will make a mess in retaliation! C) You must lift it by BOTH handles equally every time or you must reapply the top piece every time. D) No wheels, must use your own “manpower”…. So while it has good movability points by being light in general, it could be better if it had wheels. I’m a person who is disabled often so being able to move the bucket without lifting it would have been a big plus. An elderly person also wouldn’t find this mop very nice for that fact alone, as when filled with water it is VERY HEAVY! It’s still much lighter than other mop buckets, but water weight is still water weight no matter the size container.I don’t have many flat flooring, so I use this for my walls/ceilings mostly. I figured the long surface would make better and faster coverage than the more expensive spinning round mop being advertised all over tiktok (and wouldn’t make my popcorn ceiling shed). I was right, made the whole house quick work, about 20-30 minutes. I like the heavy duty head for the linoleum floors. Overall it’s a good mop to get, on the scale of mops today, this is a high medium good one that is affordable. I assume when I’m older, I will retire this one for one with wheels, I’m sure I’ll be ready for a change of mop type by that point. But for many decades to come, this one will do while I’m able.

Dirty and clean all one bucket
This is a great mop and bucket. I really like how easy it is to clean and use. My only problem and the reason this is not five stars is because when I wring out the mop the dirty water flows over to the clean side… The only time it sort of stays where it should is if I go really slow with wringing it out… But even then more dirty than clean water goes back to the clean side of the bucket. But it’s still a great mop.

Oh seriously perfect moping kit . I am short and I always struggle holding mops. And keeping my old one in the kitchen was ugly . This caters every need of mine . Height 🥰. Size 🥰easy to carry around 🥰colour 🥰easy squeezing 🥰

I clean homes and offices. This mop has cut my mop time in half. The pads are durable and easy to clean. My only feedback would be to create a model where the dirty water doesn’t go back into the clean water reservoir. Highly recommend!!!

Great concept but….
Cleans great. Really neat design. But there is one issue I ran into.The pads you have to use have little pockets on one end that I didn’t know about. So when I washed the one pad that was already on the mop head. I put it back on the head again and tried to put it in the bucket slot. It kept getting caught on the edge of the pad. I didn’t realize you had to get the head back into these pockets to keep the pad from rolling up as your trying to put it in the cleaning slot. So I’m ok with that. But the problem was it was so difficult to get the pockets to open up enough to catch the tabs on the mop head. It took several try’s which annoyed the heck out of me. My spin mop was put on and go. So I like the spin mop better lol. But it cleans so good. So I’m torn at this point.

Ovet the years I have bought many different types of mops from home shows and retail stores. This mop and bucket design is the best I have ever used. You are able to clean and remove the dirty water from you mop easily. I recommend you try it.

Does ok but the water gets dirty and then it isn’t really cleaning your floor anymore. Loops on mop heads aren’t very sturdy (keeps mop in place when you ring it) and about 3 are already garbage

This does a great job cleaning walls and floors. Really impressed. My problem is the mop has to go in only one specific side. It should be able to go in either way. Maybe once mopping a lock mechanism can be applied to stop it from moving from the flat position this specifically when using for the wall. But still does an amazing job! I have tried other products to clean my wall and it always left residue/dirt and never got cleaned. Having to clean several times. With this product one pass I was amazed this is also with floors too! ONE PASS OF CLEANING!!!! Get it!!!

The best mop ever!
I have bought a swiffer, o’cedar spin mop, shark steam mop, etc…. over the last year for my dark hardwood floors and they ALWAYS look cloudy and smudged! I used this one time with some bona solution and my floor looks AMAZING! I am so happy.

There is no dislike…I love the fact that I never touch the dirty water and the mop gets everything up. Little effort needed to get up stains. I paired it with my ODO BAN clearer and it works great. Also love the extra long handle. Will be getting another for my sister.

Love the new mop. Removable wash pads & comes with extra pads.One thing to take note on is when putting the pad back on after cleaning, there are little prongs at the top to slide back in the pad. You have to do this or else you won’t be able to get the mop back in the bucket. I like this cause it doesn’t fall off.

I like the concept of the mop
I like the concept for this mop however when you have to put the mop back in the wash side you have to be more on point putting it back in its not smooth it doesn’t go completely all the way in either… HOWEVER!! My floors are clean and they dried pretty quickly.. just wish the opening was a bit wider and longer

Would have liked the tabs to be on both ends of pad so that it could be reversed. Other than that it is a good product. Space saving and easy to use. Wish it would separate clean water from dirty water when it gets rinsed. Also have a roll along customized for the pail. Great product otherwise.

The cleaning part of the bucket seems to mix dirty water back into the clean water. Plus the removable pads do tend to rip when using the cleaning the mop head. Otherwise it does work.

I just got rid of carpet and got some laminate flooring. This product is perfect for dusting and mopping my new floors. The 2 sides, one for mop water and one for squeezing out the rag that’s attached to the mop is so convenient! The squeezing side is quite tight as it should be, when empty it lifts the whole thing up it’s so tight, but when there’s water in the other side it weighs it down enough to not be a hassle. The rags attach by like Velcro and its’ very tight and the rags come with sewn little pockets on one end that fit around plastic tabs on the mop on one end for easy applying and helping it not peal off while you mop which is an added benefit I did not anticipate! You could easily use other mop rags for it as the tabs are set in a tad so they wouldn’t be in the way.It took me a minute to figure out how to take that top piece off the bucket that has the squeezing element, in and out of the bucket. It only goes one way and the handles both help and hinder, but once you do it a couple of times, it’s not an issue.Shipping was fast and it was packaged well, assembling the mop pole is very easy.

Not perfect, but pretty good!
Today, I assembled this and used it for the first time to clean my tile floors.WHAT I LIKED: 1.Easy assembly; 2.Thick and sturdy cleaning pads; 3.Wide mop head and pad to clean a good size path in one pass; 4. No wet mess around my bucket while using this; 5. Water and debris were removed from the mop when I used the wringing side.NEEDS IMPROVED: 1. Would prefer the wringer to remove more water from the mop head so floors would dry more quickly; 2. DEFINITELY needs a longer handle!!I am only 5’4”, but I found the handle was just too short to be used comfortably. I think the manufacturer should include an extra section to be screwed into the handle. It would be worth a couple dollars more because that would make the mop much easier to use!As for durability of this mop system, I will have to update my review after I’ve used it awhile!

My favorite mop
I ordered this mop to replace my older mop from this company which I had for a really long time. I have crippling illness and this is very easy to move around and use. The heads are very easy to wash I just throw them in with my towels but I pull them out to air dry. The older pants from my other one do work great they are slightly shorter than this one but that’s okay it still works. I just call it extra bonus pads. I’m definitely worth having for cleaning on many different levels. I just down my walls or if it needs more than that I do a damp mop cleaning. I love how you can control how wet you want your pad. I’ve cleaned from walls baseboards to floor. You can use this from dry to soaking wet. You control the level you want. It’s very easy to clean out when done and it’s not too heavy. I have hard floors so it slides around pretty easily. I have cleaned wood floors with this just make sure the mop isn’t too wet. I’ve used this mop on tiles and linoleum. It works on all levels. I also have slightly textured walls and it works great for those too. I noticed some of the pads are thicker on this one and then the old one that I had and I absolutely love that. I find that these newer pads clean so much quicker. You will not be disappointed or regret your purchase. I’ve tried other mops and this is the only one that I will ever have. I have five dogs, rabbit and birds.

I Bought It – You Should Too
I live in AZ and my yard consists almost 100% of sand, loam and dirt. I have a two-year old, a dog, two cats who explore the outdoors and a husband who is NOTORIOUS for dragging in every speck of dirt he comes into contact with. When I tell you I have to mop each room morning, noon and evening I really wish I was kidding (REALLY). My old mop was the O’Cedar flat mop and for what it was, prior to living here, it did its job well – now? It may as well spread dirt and grime.My old routine was to wash a certain number of tiles (all tile home) until my mop ran clear. This means I’d hose my mop in the sink w/ a power wash and soap to clean between every swipe (this may sound anal but I promise you, my house is impossible to keep clean). I would mop twice daily and my sons feet would still be dirty (HOW?!).This mop is almost a dream. The bucket isn’t heavy for me when full so I’m able to move it on and off counters for setup. I use a splash of knock-off lemon scented Mr. Clean (we’re pushing for affordability here!) and steaming hot water from the tap. It cleans effectively, quickly and it’s very easy for someone like me who is pressed for time and in chronic pain. I’d like to add too, I work full time and I can clean the house like I do (over the top, till the mop is clear) top to bottom in a quick paid 15 minute break from work.To clean the bucket I simply hose it down on the kitchen counter and dump it a couple times and it’s perfect to go.Downsides? Yes. I read many reviews pending my arrival of this mop and I’ve got to say a lot of them rang false. One woman said there’s a dirty and clean side and while I do see that that may have been the concept, unfortunately, it is not. I’d say less than 5% of the dirty water gets to the “dirty” side. But I don’t see this as a down side as you’re very able to clean your mop even without this doing so.I think the design is rather simple but effective. For what it is and it’s price it makes cleaning more accessible for people who just aren’t fully capable which is a beautiful thing for us spoonies.Bonus! You can clean walls and so much else with this. You guys! I scrubbed my fridge with this (sounds absolutely ridiculous but hear me out) – a task that normal took maybe 45 minutes took a solid 5-7 minutes and I think I did a better job with this mop.I would say you have to be a bit gentle with the mop heads but they clean easy and I’ve found replacements for cheap as well.So yes, I’d buy this, it’s well worth the price.

Amazing!!!
I got my new mop in today and I couldn’t be happier! I chose the double row version because I have laminate flooring that swells with a single drop of water (I’m exaggerating but they are terrible) and this takes majority of the water off the mop head before mopping. This also meant that my floors dried SUPER fast, which I need bc I have a 6yo who refuses to listen when I tell her not to run in the house (she only slipped once). The thing that was most amazing to me was the process of wetting and drying because it essentially cleaned the mop head every time I did it. I would literally mop a whole area that left the mop head looking dirty (because this works!!) And after rewetting (dunking it several times letting the double rows do their thang) and drying (the other set of double rows doing THEIR THANG) the mop head would look clean again. Basically what I’m saying is that this wasn’t smearing the dirt around, it was actually cleaning and lifting dirt from the floors! I also really enjoyed the magnetic handle that made dunking the mop head much easier. 10/10 would recommend!

Great for Daily Use
GAME CHANGER!! I mop my house 1-2x a day and this mop has everything I need for daily usage: lightweight, compact bucket, gets the job done! I love that it glides into corners and under furniture so swiftly, and the extra mops are a plus! I gave it 4 stars only because the mop doesn’t scrub the floor the way I prefer. Because of this, I still use my regular mop on cleaning day.Yes, when you’re wringing the mop SOME of the dirty water may flow over into the clean water section. Not an issue for me because technically once you dip the used mop into the clean water it becomes dirty water.Note that the mop will not easily slide into the bucket slots if its dry or facing the wrong direction. There is an indicator on the mop showing which way to face the head to push into the slots. Every once in a while you may have to push down a little harder but what’s the real harm in that??It’s a great system and a great buy- I recommend it especially for daily use.

Where has this been all my life?!!
I have four dogs, two kids and a husband. I never felt like I could keep up with the floors: with my very busy schedule, when I used that one mop(shall not be named) that you spray the floor and the pad on the bottom gets nasty really quickly and you have to keep changing it out. I kept thinking there has to be a better way. WELL, there is! Joymoop is it! This mop is amazing!!!!!! For me it is everything I have been looking for. The pad gets dirty, you stick it into the bucket, dunk it a few times and put it in the dry side and start again. The floor dose not take forever to dry. I am so happy with my purchase. Pretty Great Product
This mop works really well and is super simple to use. I had a lot of electric vacuum type mops that just didn’t work, so I decided to try out this one and it works really well.The one thing that would make this the perfect mop would be if it had an extra spot for rinse, so I didn’t use dirty water. If it had one more spot so it would be “cleaning water”, “dry”, and “rinse” it would be perfect.In spite of that I still use it all the time, and I love how easy it is to use.The mop pads it comes with are also great at getting the pet hair, which is a huge problem in my house with my multiple cats and long haired dog!Overall I highly recommend it, just read the instructions so that you actually use the little tabs right! Otherwise it won’t work as well!

Finally…the moping system I’ve been looking for!
When I got my top of the line spin mop, I was thrilled. It cleaned my floors well, but I hated lifting the heavy bucket of water to empty it, so I thought I would try a spray mop with washable pads. And while it was light weight and easily maneuverable, I was basically trying to clean my floors with a pad that was accumulating dirt along the way. If only there was a light weight mop with a washable pad that could be cleaned as you go. Well, guess what…there is! While floor cleaning will never be something I look forward to, the Joymoop mop has made it a whole lot easier. Combined with the cordless vacuum I recently purchased, my floor cleaning time has been cut in half. I have a 1,400 s.f. condo with hardwood and tile floors throughout, so my weekly floor cleaning is a big deal. I am thrilled to have found something that makes the task easier.UPDATE: One of the mop pads has already begun to tear where it attaches to the mop head. I have not had this product very long and I alternate the mop pads, so this is very disappointing. Especially since replacement pads are somewhat expensive.

The best mop!
I wanted a mop that’s different and the popular Ocedar mop didn’t appeal to me. I got this one, used it and I love how easy it is to clean the floors! The dry and clean compartments are genius!A lot of people complain that the pad came off when they would insert the mop into the bucket. After I put on a new pad, I had the same issue. I realized that there are these three inserts that go in the mop head to make it secure (see my photo for reference).

Best product when you have a lot of floor to cover.
There is nothing to dislike about the product. Pad comes out clean every time you dump in the water and does not come out soaked when you pass it through the dry side. Perfect for wood floors. Don’t have to change the pad as often as you would with other pad/mop products. I don’t have to deal with hair, dirt and built up dust. Love love this product.

i had been going back and forth for months contemplating purchasing a ocedar spin mop, but based off off the research I’ve done during this timespan, this was the clear choice. I couldn’t wait to come home and use this mop lol. My apartment has hardwood flooring, besides the bedrooms, and the swiffer wasn’t getting the job done in my opinion. I’ve used it just about everyday to try and keep my floors clean, it just wasn’t clean enough. I received this product literally hours ago, and put it together first thing getting home from work. Again, super excited lol. I mopped the floors, hit the walls and baseboards in our living area; i have never felt more put together in my young life 🤣 i personally really enjoy this mop system and look forward to cleaning even more!

Better than expected!
I have been trying to find something easier and lighter for cleaning walls and ceilings. I have found it! Easy to tote around the house, arms don’t get as tired cleaning the ceiling as the mop is very light weight. It doesn’t streak like other similar style mops. The pad cleans well every time. It doesn’t drip water or leave water drips! The kids even find it easier to use for quick mess clean ups!

i like this mop/bucket. it’s super cool way to wring out the excess water. some people will say they don’t like that you have to dip it back into dirty water but i feel like MOST mop and bucket moping is that way so that doesn’t really bother me. it’s a really cool concept in my opinion.

I originally wanted the spin mop but I recently moved and my floor was looking scary so I was looking for something with same day delivery. It arrived 2 hours maybe even less than after my purchase, and this is the greatest adult joy of my life lol!!This makes everything soooooo simple. And the amount of dirt it picked up blew my mind ( I used a combo of fabuloso and pinesol ) and my floors look amazing. The drying section makes it an extremely easy clean up.10/10 reccomend

Just got my mop yesterday and gave it a try today. I am so happy I made this purchase. Easy to put together and very easy to use. Did an awesome job on my tile floors. I had a wring out O-Cedar microfiber mop that recently broke after years of use. When I started looking for a new mop I wanted one of the those spinning type that gets the water out. Those were a bit pricey so thought I’d give this a try. Really glad I did:). Love it

Updating review
At first, I thought I loved it. A great concept BUT after a short amount of use time, the mop pads started breaking (you can’t use them once messed up) and then I was going to just order new mop pads but a small plastic piece broke on the bucket so now I can’t use it at all. I have tried contacting the company and waiting for a response. I will update if they respond. Not worth the money if it will only last 2-3 months.UPDATE!! They did contact me and made it right. I am enjoying the mop again. Hopefully this time, it last longer. At the moment, I’m pleased with the product and the customer service was great once I got in touch with them.

Saw this on one of the social media sites and decided to give it a try to save money on disposable parts with other popular mops. I have laminate and tile floors and this works perfect. You can wring it out really well so you don’t soak the floor and it picks up everything. The pads can be washed and reused and it came with 3 so you have one to use while others are being washed. Easy to use just love it!

Great mop but the “dry” section is a little bit harder to put mop head into than the “wash” one. It removes excess water from the pad but it seems to catch and is finicky about how you put the mop into for it to go down smoother otherwise it works well and I’m happy with my purchase

I used to have a mopnado flat mop. It was my favorite thing until it met it’s tragic end and subsequent discontinuing. This is close but not quite.The pads are good quality, it’s easy to put together, and could all be stored inside the bucket which is nice for moving/traveling/storing.The drying side is too tight, it is harder than it should be to do and splashes water out both sides as you push down but I’m already mopping so that’s not a huge deal, just annoying. I’m hoping it loosens a bit over time. The top part of the bucket, which is removable for easy cleaning, has a locking mechanism that is strange and finicky. It’s difficult to put back on after cleaning, the locking bar has to be put on perfectly and sort of slid into place. I’m ultimately happy I got it, it’s just too expensive to have these issues, as there are cheaper versions.

No separate dirty water portion
Let me start off by saying how much I love this mop! It’s so easy to use and I get my mopping done in 15 minutes or less.My only complaint and the reason for 4 stars, is that while it says there is a dry/dirty water compartment, the dirty water goes into the clean water when you place the mop down in it due to the way it squeezes the the water out. There needs to be a shield of some sort to direct the water back towards the dirty water container.

Good for standard floor cleaning, not for mopping large spills
Great little compact mop and bucket solution for standard floor cleaning. It squeezes out most of the water so it doesn’t leave floors too wet which is important for hardwood flooring. The mop stores in the bucket when not in use and the whole package is compact which is convenient for storage.Not really appropriate for mopping large spills like a sponge or rope mop.

Put to use out of the box on day received. Works great, performed as I expected it to. The snap on squeegee head was a little tricky. I wish the business end would have gone about an inch deeper into the cleaning wet section, leaves a dirty line across the top of the mop head as viewed when in store mode. If I buy a second unit, I will buy the double squeegee option. Good item, well worth the price… so far!

Ok Cleaning System
I like the function of this mop, but to use it properly you have to fill the bucket with a considerable amount of water. The mop pad absorbs liquid very well, but it tends to push dust and particulate matter around rather than pick it up. You may have to go back and wipe up lines of dirt left by the mop. Otherwise, it does a decent job of cleaning up residue from kitchen and bathroom floors.

Easy to use, clean
The media could not be loaded.
Doesn’t use a lot of water but you do have to change your water out more frequently because the dirty water drains into the clean water. Otherwise works great and I can add any chemicals I want. Will update once I wash the pads.

Easy to use
I got this to help me clean down walls and it works great majes the job go by much faster and it’s easy to use wish I has gotten sooner but happy I have one now
