This vacuum really vacuumed up my pet hair. It is the best vacuum that I have had when related to pet hair. This is great since there is no brush to wind up the hair. I would definitely say get it.

I was so excited when this arrived on my porch. I had been using hand-me-down vacuums for years, and it was finally time that we were able to get a brand new one. I scoured reviews on Amazon and Reddit to try and determine which vacuum would be best. I thought that I would get a Dyson, but after reading a sparkling review for this vacuum on Reddit (and the reviews on Amazon), I decided this was the vacuum for us.I have vacuumed almost daily (sometimes twice) since we got it, because I love how much it sucks. :DSeriously, I danced around with it as I watched what it picked up that our old vacuum just couldn’t. I used to have to change out vacuum bags, and now it is a simple canister-dump! We have cats, and our litter boxes set on carpet with litter catching mats. As much as these mats help, sometimes litter gets into the carpet. This vacuum seems to get every tiny particle of dust and litter – it is wonderful. It works on both carpet and tile.It is quite easy to maneuver around the furniture, and the canister can be moved to the side to get under low furniture. It would be difficult to vacuum under the bed with this vacuum due to the canister not fitting under the bed. It goes up against the wall easily and cleans well.The attachments are wonderful and have allowed me to clean my furniture, cat trees, and blinds with much ease. The “arm” of the vacuum that detaches from the floor part of the vacuum is long enough to reach in higher corners. The arm can be removed and the attachments can be connected directly to the hose. This was wonderful for cleaning the cat trees and furniture. It took a little bit to figure out the best angle to set the vacuum, but once found it worked great!Overall, I would recommend this vacuum to anyone with pets. It is easy to maneuver, easy to change attachments, and great suction.

I had a expensive! Hoover that I inherited from my mother. It was heavy,bulky and took a degree in mechanics to change the accessories. I have had several back surgeries and after wrenching my shoulder in an attempt to vacuum,I immediately went to Amazon to find a new vacuum. I know the rule to never shop angry but I was frustrated. I have a longed hair cat and a cocker spaniel who has hair that detaches and finds every corner of the house in addition to a huge yard and a husband who has an obsession with his riding lawn mower. I put light weight and pet hair in the description and this Bissell popped up. The reviews were good and although a little pricey I thought I would go for it. I am so happy with this vacuum. It sucks up hair that I previously had to use a pet brush to un hook from my carpet, dried grass,and everything else in its path. It goes easily from carpet to rugs without lifting even though it is light weight enough not to worry about. The attachments are accessed by using the hose that is attached and easily detached with a flick. The pet hair attachment is especially amazing and it is so easy to use. I am not a big fan of bag less vacuums mostly because the hair gets caught up in the top of the container but this filter easily twists out so that the cylinder is completely open and can be cleaned out easily. I’m a big fan of the febreeze filter that freshens everything it comes in contact with. I waited a while to write my review so that the honeymoon phase is over and any little problems would show up but I am happy to report this baby is a keeper.

Let me just start off by saying this is my first review on Amazon. I am FLOORED by this vacuum. I have a long-haired German Shepherd and a Belgian Malinois so believe me when I say I have HORRIBLE amounts dog hair everywhere. Before this vacuum, we’ve had to take a legitimate window squidgy and run that across the carpet to just get a top layer of hair off the floor, and THEN vacuum to even feel remotely satisfied.Two mediocre and destroyed vacuums later, I was fed up with hours of carpet squidgying. I’m in the military, I’m 21-years-old, and I’m tired at the end of the day. Fortunately, Christmas is coming up and my lovely aunt got this for me as an early present.I have never in my life wanted to vacuum as much as I do now. As soon as I got home, I was eager to put this bad boy together and get to work.The directions are on little tags which would be somewhat difficult to read if you have glasses. I’m more of an assemble-as-you-go and hope for the best kind of girl. Which, I got it together correctly. Thankfully.Flash forward and I am appalled by the amount of hair, grime, dust, etc. this thing sucks off the carpet! It’s fairly lightweight. As a reference, again, 21, and two, I’m fairly active and in-shape. So, if you are older, no offense, or have trouble moving around, this vacuum may be relatively tiring depending on carpet space or work load. I live in a smaller, single-story home, and still emptied the bin several times. Let’s just say, I felt like a disgusted human being after vacuuming the house.I have read numerous reviews before I selected this vacuum and was hesitant at first. The Bissell Pet Hair Eraser Turbo WORKS! I 110% recommend this vacuum to someone who is struggling with finding a vacuum that actually works for pet hair and/or that dreads cleaning because of pet hair.

We owned a Dyson for the last five year and it was finally time to replace it. My spouse wanted to buy another Dyson but I”m kind of a cheapskate and wasn’t going to fork over the $$$$ they wanted for a new or refurbished Dyson. So as I comprise, and in order to put to rest another 4 months of discussion about buying a new damn vacuum, I bought the Bissell Pet Hair Erasure vacuum without him knowing about it.Having two German Shepherds that shed all the time, and according to Google the 3rd highest shedding dogs (but I digress), I was hoping the Bissell was up to the task because I didn’t want to have to hear for the next few years about how the Dyson was better.As an experiment, I vacuumed the whole house with the Dyson and got the usual 3 canisters full of dog hair (HEY, DON’T JUDGE ME!!!). Then, I vacuumed the house again with the Bissell and got another 3/4 full canister of dog hair. The Bissell was easy to maneuver, light weight, not too loud and, plus, I looked good vacuuming with it!.So, the moral of this story is don’t have dogs, only buy a house with hardwood floors but if all else fails, buy a Bissell because it’s up to the job of sucking up lots of dog hair, dirt, and the occasional spider out of your carpet.

I LOVE this vacuum! I did my research and landed on this one. One of my main concerns was that I was always cutting my long hair off of the brushes of my previous vacuum and it was annoying, caused the vacuum to not work well and wore out the rubber belts. Never once have I had an issue with hair stuck on the roller. The canister empties easily with just one push and then reinstalls easily as well.I bought right before moving into a new home. The home is mostly hard surface and I used it without the brushes on but can easily flip it on with just a click when going over area rugs or changing to carpeted areas. It’s got great suction, doesn’t just scatter over hard surfaces and cleans up little things really well. There are some occasions that getting the edges is difficult but the handle detaches so easy that it’s not a pain to reach over and run the hose along the baseboard.I think it was supposed to come with attachments but I didn’t receive them.

I read ALL the reviews but decided to purchase it anyway. I LOVE it!!! I used my old vacuum about 2 hours before the new one was delivered. It was extremely easy to assemble. Packaged very well. After assembling I wanted to see how well the suction was so I plugged it in and started vacuuming my living room. I have a dog and 3 cats so there is always hair everywhere. As I said I had vacuumed a few hours earlier so figured the new vacuum wouldn’t pick up much…I WAS WRONG!!! I couldn’t believe how much it picked up…I checked the roller when finished and only a few human hairs were wrapped around the roller. Easy to remove.

Okay. To give you some background:- I’m in my late 20s.- I have a long-haired cat who not only sheds constantly, but also tracks litter EVERYWHERE.- I also have long hair.I’ve been using a cordless vacuum (the Roomie, if you know it), but it didn’t have very much suction and I constantly had to run it over the same spot. My apartment isn’t huge, but there is a lot of carpet and rugs.This vacuum was delivered today. I was skeptical about buying it (and dropping this kind of money on a vacuum…) so I did some research, read other reviews, crossed my fingers, held my breath, and bought it.IT IS AMAZING.After opening it, it’s super easy to put together. Not only does it come with the handy little instruction booklet like all good household items do, but it also had little tags on the actual pieces showing you how to fit them together. GENIUS.I decided to run the vacuum through my entire apartment, just to see how much my old vacuum had been leaving behind. It’s important to note that I had just changed the litter in the litter box,and had also just brushed my cat, so there was plenty of debris.This vacuum handled it like a champ. It sucked up EVERYTHING. I turned on the turbo power (I don’t remember what it’s actually called, but it’s the button below the power button), and holy crap! It got EVERYTHING.All in all…if you have pets, or hair, or know someone who does, or look at someone who does….buy this vacuum. It’s amazing. You won’t regret it.
